Hello Friends!

Festive Greetings!! Welcome to our December newsletter. Thanks to everyone who purchased from us during our Black Friday deal – you kept us both very busy!! December has shown no signs of letting up either. There’s not so much info this month but we do have an exciting announcement to bring you and the end of the newsletter. First up an update with regards to postage.

POSTAGE LATEST

It has been well publicised that Royal Mail workers have had a number of strikes during December. This has obviously had a knock-on effect with other couriers including our courier, Yodel. Due to the extra workload, Yodel set their last postage date for delivery for Christmas as Friday 16 December. Unfortunately they only advised us of this deadline on Tuesday (after the date had passed). Therefore any orders placed after 16 December are highly unlikely to be received in time for Christmas. We are sorry that this has happened but there is nothing we can do given the unique circumstances and we personally will have also missed out items being delivered before Christmas. We ask you to be patient during this time.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

We will be taking a well-earned break from today and will resume all V.C.C. activity on Tuesday Jan 3rd 2023. We would like to take this time to thank you all for your custom during the year and wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and successful New Year.
AND FINALLY…

The wait is almost over!! After spending almost 2 years trying to source a replacement for our massively popular “Sua” blend we are due to receive a shipment early next year. We are delighted to be able to offer this product again and we are sure you will enjoy it just as much as we do. Further details of availability will be made in January’s Newsletter.
